We know that convenience in receiving deliveries is important, which is why we use Australia Post to deliver to anywhere in Australia including PO Boxes.  Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times.
Any order placed online before 8.00am Sydney time on a business day will usually be despatched the same day, otherwise orders will be despatched the following business day from our warehouse in Sydney, NSW subject to stock availability as stated on your tax invoice.   Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Australia Post with a tracking number.
A signature is required to receive the item and if you are not available at the time of delivery, you will be able to pick it up from your local Australia Post office. Delivery to PO Boxes is acceptable.  Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery (See Table Below) and note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays outside of our control.  For an update on delivery, please refer to your Australia Post tracking number or feel free to Contact Us any time.  

Please note that for the Robomaid Twin Pack both must be sent to the same address. 

Please note that part payment orders will be despatched within 2 - 3 business days.
