website is owned and operated by ROBOMAID Australia Pty Ltd (ACN: 139 932 362).
By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree to the terms,
conditions and disclaimers herein as amended from time to time. By purchasing
an item advertised on this website and/or by completing the enquiry form, you
agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. ROBOMAID Australia may amend
these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice and any amendment
will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after
amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those Terms and
Conditions, as amended.
Sales
and Specials
ROBOMAID Australia reserves
the right to start and end sales and specials at its own discretion without
notice. This includes the extension and adjustment of any sale or special. If
an order was received or a purchase made, the purchase price of that
transaction is final.
Delivery Information
We offer a Flat Rate postage and handling of $19.95 Australia-wide ($29.95 for Twin Packs).
We use Australia Post to ship items and on occasions may use
various courier companies. All items are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney,
NSW, generally on the same or next business day. The postage and handling
charges are a flat rate Australia-wide. Delivery generally takes up to a
maximum of 10 business days however we cannot be held responsible for delays
outside of our control. A signature is required to receive the item and if you
are not home at the time of delivery, you will be able to pick it up from your
local Australia Post office. Delivery to PO Boxes is acceptable. Once your item
has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Australia Post with a
tracking number. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. If you need
an update, please feel free to contact us any time.
Please note that for the Robomaid Twin Pack both must be sent to the
same address.
Warranty
ROBOMAID Australia offers a return-to-base
12 month warranty from the date of purchase if the product you have
purchased is found to be faulty. Warranty repairs are typically
completed within 5 business days however no guarantees can be made. We generally service, test, and
despatch Robomaids within 5 business days of having received the item
with a Warranty Claim Number and any required forms.
To make a warranty claim, you must first contact us on customercare@robomaid.com.au to get a Warranty Claim Number (WCN) and attach it to any items returned. Items returned to us without a WCN number will not be accepted. All postage costs when returning an item are to be paid by the sender, however, if any product is found to be faulty within the first 90 days since the product was purchased, we may offer a reply paid postage if the fault is deemed not to have been caused by lack of maintenance, physical damage or other faults not generally covered under warranty. ROBOMAID Australia may also make concessions to pay for return postage in the case a product was faulty on arrival and will do so at its own discretion. If faults are found or determined to have been caused by misuse/abuse of the product, failure to clean or adequately maintain the product, or general wear and tear, postage costs must be paid by the customer and the customer will be contacted and provided with a quotation to repair the item as it may not be covered under warranty. In all cases, Robomaid Australia reserves the right to choose to repair or replace the faulty component. Except
for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Robomaid Australia excludes all
liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss
or damage; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising
in any way out of the promotional offer, including any claim or offer
that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not
after their receipt by Robomaid Australia) due to any reason beyond the reasonable
control of Robomaid Australia.
Refunds and Money Back Guarantee
All orders placed directly
with ROBOMAID Australia, excluding purchases made through all Robomaid
Resellers, non-authorised sellers on online auction websites, and wholesale
orders, include a risk-free 30 day 100% money back guarantee. To qualify for
the 100% money back guarantee, the product must be returned clean and in
original condition and packaging, with no marks or adhesives stuck on the
product or packaging and all accessories and contents included along with a
copy of your tax invoice/sales receipt and a completed Money Back Guarantee
Claim Form, which can be downloaded here. Refunds will be
processed within 30 working days of receipt of the goods and all postage and
handling fees are non-refundable.
The form, along with the
returned product must be received within 30 calendar days of the original
dispatch date. The Robomaid product must have been used under normal household conditions and maintained according to the instructions supplied. The
machine and all accessories must be returned undamaged, in full working order,
in original packaging and with original proof of purchase, in order to
claim the refund. If the goods are returned in an unacceptable condition or unclean or not in
original condition and packaging, with marks or adhesives stuck on the
product or packaging and missing accessories and contents, your refund will include a
cleaning and restocking fee or if received in an unacceptable condition, you will be notified of your options which may include sending the goods back to you at your cost in
the same condition. All returns must be posted to: PO Box 7293, Alexandria NSW
2015 with the outer box protected during the post. It shall
be the claimant’s sole responsibility to arrange and pay for the return
of the machine to Robomaid Australia. Robomaid Australia accepts no
responsibility for the loss or damage of the machine during its return,
which is at the sole risk of the claimant until received by Robomaid Australia. Partial returns of a multiple unit purchase (including the Twin Pack) will be refunded to reflect the discount received on the additional unit(s). Robomaid Australia
shall have the absolute discretion to determine whether the above
conditions have been satisfied entitling the claimant to a refund or not. If you have any questions regarding
our products, we ask that you please contact our Customer Service Department to
ensure that the product is suitable for you before purchasing. The product may
have varying results depending on your particular situation.
Fraud
Any party engaged in illegal
activities involving the use of this website will be subject to civil and
criminal sanctions and prosecution. ROBOMAID Australia does not guarantee that
it will be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website,
nor that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of this
website. It is an illegal violation to place orders under a false name, with a
fraudulently obtained credit card or without the consent of the cardholder. All
persons found to have placed a fraudulent order will be prosecuted.
GST

Our products and services
attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. All prices advertised are
inclusive of all taxes applicable to the respective countries that the product
is being delivered in. This is a broad based tax on consumption, which applies
to the supply of most goods and services.
